WHO WE ARE Dolores I Vigil Founder and Principal Planner Liaison Planning Services Inc. was founded by Dolores I. Vigil in 1999. With more than 35 years of land planning, construction and development management experience, she has successfully assisted many development projects throughout the State of New Mexico and Arizona. LPS collaborates with a diverse team of specialists to ensure comprehensive site development. Such as realestate professionals, surveyors, architects, land use attorneys, geotechnical, traffic and civil engineers. She was the first Planning Director for Rio Arriba County NM, worked as a Senior Planner for Sandoval County NM, a Project Manager for NM State Property Control Division and the Land Use Administrator for Santa Fe County NM. Dolores is a native of Santa Fe who has obtained a Bachelors Degree in Urban Planning from New Mexico State University and has studied Architecture and Planning at The University of New Mexico. She has been a local business owner and a restaurateur. She is a referral agent for Sotheby's International Realty NM License REC 2025-0729 She is a member of the American Planning Association, Former City of Santa Fe Planning Commissioner, Business Capital Review District Board Member and Lambda Alpha International.
