Permit Expediting
LPS is an expert in obtaining development and construction permits from local governments. We work closely with the applicant, and all involved to ensure the application is complete upon submittal. We strive to obtain the permit in a timely manner by tracking and addressing issues immediately which in turn keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Since 1999, LPS has obtained approvals for all types of residential projects large and small within the City of Santa Fe and Santa Fe County.
